To submit a name for the Alumni Memorial Roll, the name submitted must be a former student of Salado Schools.

Please enclose a minimum donation of $25 or more for each name submitted.
Alumni Association Members will automatically be added to the
Memorial Roll without a donation.

Wilma Hodge Capps, class of 1941. (June 10, 1923-February 17, 2007). Wilma was married to Clyde Capps, class of 1939.

Agnes Capps Kimbrough, Class of 1927
Daughter of A.W. & Sallie Procter Capps. A.W. Capps was President of the Salado School Board for many years and served on the Salado School Board consecutively for 21 years. Agnes graduated from Salado in 1927 when they only graduated 10 grades. She was a lifelong resident of Salado and a sister of Clyde Capps and Procter Capps, both Salado graduates.

Bobby Norwood, class of 1946

Mary L. McHam Ribiero, class of 1964. (November 21, 1946-November 8, 2004) Mary L. taught in the SISD for over 40 years and was loved dearly by her students and co-workers.

Roy T. Shepperd, graduated from the tenth grade at SHS in 1926. (January 10, 1905-August 3, 1993) Roy chose the mascot, The Eagle, and the colors, Red & White to represent Salado High School in 1926, when he was asked to help coach the first SHS boys basketball team. Roy was selected “Outstanding County Treasurer of Texas” in 1972.
Roy T. was married to Lois Watson Shepperd, class of 1931.
